A business coach is not at all a coach if he
is just going around his business. In all times, sales and business might not
give the satisfaction. Coaches should be good enough to motivate his employees
and get work done for him. Motivated employees always perform better. They just
don%u2019t sit at the desk and laze around the entire day. They take pride in their
performance and work faster and better for the company. Workers usually tend to
be regular at work places if they enjoy their work. In case they are not
recognized by their boss, they try shifting to another position or a company.
So motivate people if you want to be a good business coach. Ignite that passion
in your workers to always deliver the best. Allow them to make mistakes and
correct them and teach them the right way. Nobody is perfect, so a good
business coach should forgive mistakes. Do not
simply accept good work but you need to recognize and reward it. Negative
feedback or mockery can hurt the ego of your worker and can lead to bad
experiences. A business coach should be able to manage his feelings when he is
with his workers. So maintain a good rapport with your team members and drive
them to work with your attitude and skill with dealing people. Experience
should take you to a god level.
